The first step that your Call Committee is taking in their task is to ask you to assist them, and the Synod, in selecting a new Pastor for Mount Olive.
|

We are asking your input in order to identify the characteristics of the new pastor we are seeking. We want to use this information to establish the key leadership needs of Mount Olive.

Please read the descriptions of each ministry area carefully, and mark the THREE areas of greatest importance to you. Would you also please mark the ONE of least importance.

These surveys can be returned to the church office, put in a basket in the narthex or brought to a congregational discussion gathering on March 8 th following worship and March 9 th after the 11am service. The final gathering will be March 12 th following the 12:15 pm Lenten service. |
