The winter projects at the woodshop are winding down as many of our winter visitors begin to leave and head back home. If you measure success by the numbers, then the following is a measure of our success , however, the fellowship and joy of making sawdust is immeasurable:

• 69 wooden toys
• 385 Yard Crosses
• 105 Palm/Holding Crosses
• 63 Wall Crosses
• 5 baptismal boxes
• Several repairs on chairs and other furniture
• The completion of a storage shed

Most of these items were donated to Hospice, shut-ins, visitation people, and other members of Mount Olive and Lamb of God Lutheran Churches. Many individuals made donations for the crosses.

On the social side, we all enjoyed a dessert night with homemade ice cream and many homemade cookies and other pastries.

The group meets regularly on Mondays and Wednesdays at 1:00 pm.  Feel free to join us!
